Villa Crico is a historic 17th-century residence nestled in the quiet of Noventa di Piave, once belonging to the Venetian nobles, Da Mosto, which has now been restored to its former glory, thanks to the restoration, commissioned by the Crico family.
Surrounded by a large garden with centuries-old trees, the villa welcomes guests in an authentic, relaxing atmosphere, where time slows and nature accompanies every moment.
With its strategic location, immersed in the peaceful countryside, just minutes from the motorway exit and close to Venice, the sea, and the many cities of art in Veneto, it is the ideal starting point for tranquilly exploring, authentic Veneto.
A history rooted in Venetian nobility.
Villa Crico's origins date back to the 17th century, when the noble Venetian family Da Mosto, known for being members of the Great Council of Venice and for having produced illustrious explorers such as Alvise Da Mosto, used it as a summer residence. The Da Mosto coat of arms, still visible on the south façade, testifies to the family's connection with the Serenissima and the history of Venetian nobility.
In 1700, the villa was purchased by the Crico family, originally from Feltre, who have lovingly cared for it for generations and overseen its recent restoration. Today, within ancient walls and welcoming rooms, Villa Crico preserves the charm of Venetian history and the discreet elegance of Venetian country homes.
