We welcome you for check-in from 4:00 p.m to 7:00 p.m in the summer and from 3:00 p.m to 6:00 p.m in the winter.
Check-out is by 10:00 a.m.

If you have any special requests, please contact us; we will endeavour to accommodate them.

We would appreciate it if you could let us know your expected arrival time in advance.

Breakfast is served from 8:00 a.m to 10:00 a.m.

When booking, please let us know of any allergies, intolerances, dietary requirements, or special requests.

Coffee, tea, and herbal teas are always available (even outside of these hours), along with a few small snacks.

Please leave the breakfast area as you would like to find it.

A deposit is required to confirm your booking; the balance, including the tourist tax, is due on site.

Payment will be made at the property, unless you have chosen the prepaid rate, and can be made in cash, by debit or credit card.

A tourist tax is required in the municipality of Noventa di Piave. This tax is €1.00 per person per night for agritourisms.

After booking, you can cancel free of charge up to 72 hours before arrival.

After this deadline, the first night's stay will be charged.

Children are welcome at Villa Crico:

• Children under 6 stay free;
• Children 6 and older are considered adults.

Currently, the property does not have additional cots or cribs.

Out of respect for other guests and given the delicate condition of the villa and its furnishings, pets are not permitted.

Access to the property is reserved exclusively for registered guests, as required by current regional regulations.

Shaded parking within the fenced property is available free of charge.

Smoking is prohibited inside the property.
There are designated smoking areas in the garden, complete with comfortable seating.

Please:

• Always keep the mosquito nets closed to avoid the use of insecticides;
• Do not flush anything down the toilet, except toilet paper;
• Respect the silence and other guests;
• You are welcome to stay in the comunal areas and garden as long as you wish, but please, leave them as you would like to find them;
• The library on the first floor is stocked with many novels: take them and, if you don't finish them during your stay, take them home with you. You can bring them back on your next visit!

Sustainability is important to us: a solar energy plant provides power, water for irrigating the garden comes from the well, and we have installed a purifier serving the villa to return clean water to the environment.

We avoid the use of single-use plastic: in the refrigerator on the ground floor, you'll find reusable glass bottles with fresh water.

Per una scelta improntata alla sostenibilità, gli asciugamani non vengono cambiati prima del quarto giorno di permanenza, mentre la biancheria da letto ogni settimana, salvo esigenze particolari da voi richieste. Qualora vi fosse necessario, avvisateci e faremo il possibile.

Rooms are cleaned daily.
In keeping with sustainability, we don't change towels before the fourth day, but if you have any concerns, we're happy to make exceptions. Bed linen is changed weekly, unless otherwise requested.
If necessary, please let us know and we'll do our best.

You can also help us by reducing waste and separating your rubbish. On the first floor, you'll find two bins: one for paper, one for glass, plastic, and cans.

You're in an agritourism: our main activity is working in the fields, so we won't always be present on site.
